Sirius XM Radio will be offering ESPN Radio’s live hole-by-hole coverage of the 111th U.S. Open Golf Championship, from Thursday, June 16th, through Sunday, June 19th, from the Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Maryland.

Live play-by-play coverage will air Thursday and Friday from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm ET and Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 – 8:00 pm/conclusion ET on ESPN Xtra (Sirius and XM channel 85).

The U.S. Open Championship is considered by many to be the most challenging 72-hole test in golf, with its signature length and high rough putting a premium on both distance and accuracy. This year’s field will include World #1 Luke Donald, Phil Mickelson, defending U.S. Open Champion Graeme McDowell, Lee Westwood, Martin Kaymer, Rory McIlroy, and many others.

In addition to the live tournament coverage available on ESPN Xtra, Sirius XM Radio will be offering daily golf talk, news and analysis throughout the U.S. Open week on the PGA TOUR Network channel, on Sirius channel 208 and XM channel 93 (on Sirius Premier, formerly known as “The Best of XM”). Hosts Matt Adams and Brian Katrek will host their daily shows live from Congressional Country Club each weekday from 7:00 to 10:00 am ET and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm ET.
